HOW
DO I INSTALL ROSTERS?
For Playing With Rosters On-Line:
The best advice is to follow the
instructions included with the file. But here's a general
description.
Make a folder for the roster set, (and name that folder EXACTLY the same
name it says to in the
instructions), and then put that folder in the Stats/Rom
Folder.
You can delete any .sea file in the folder you made to save disk
space.
Easy Huh?
For Playing
With Rosters Off-Line And Season Mode:
The best advice is to follow the
instructions included with the file. But here's a general
description.
Make a folder for the roster set, (and name that folder EXACTLY the same
name it says to in the
instructions), and then put that folder in the Stats/Saves
Folder.
Now go in the newly created folder and move the .sea file
to the Stats/Saves folder. Easy,

Did you know that the game comes pre-installed
with both Tye-Dye and 3DO Uniforms?
Well it does but you will never see them unless you do the following:
The 3DO uniforms are:

To use them, you have to rename them to whatever team it is you want to
replace,
and then copy them over to those.
The Tye-Dye Uniforms are:

To use these, follow instructions above.
In the tune file you will see a line that says:
"alternate uniform percent 0".
Change it to:
"alternate uniform percent 33".
You will now see the alternate uniforms 33 percent of the time. |

High Heat Preview..............A
fantastic program that lets you see up to the minute stats of all
the teams when playing in season mode. Even see
stats that the game left out.
SSHHEDIT 1.15.................You need this to
import different sounds into the game.
TuneEdit 2.0......................A great way to
manage Tune files.
Unpacker 3.1.....................Edit and make your
own stadiums.
Programs Allowing You To Add
"Voice" In The Game:
Roger Wilco....................Now
you can actually talk to your opponent in an on-line game.
Just have Roger Wilco running, invite your player to voice,
and start playing.This is just too cool and does not interfere
with the game at all. I strongly recommend a headset/mic combo
to eliminate feedback from your speakers,
but will work with a desk mic.
Yahoo Messenger...........This works
similar to Roger Wilko. I have had better
luck here with RW, but
you may want to try this instead.

Announcer Generic Transcript...............A
list of all the announcers sayings.

The
use of my tune file and the Supertask file will do the following:
Batters will be a wee bit slower out of the box.
It will be harder to steal, runners are a wee bit slower off the base.
The ball will appear smaller.
The "helicopters" will not be twirling around the players feet
anymore.
The display that shows where the ball is going to land will be smaller.
The display that shows what player is active will be smaller.
Camera angles when in action view will be different.
Ball speed for throwing have been slightly increased for velocity.
Players will now stand back up after sliding into a base.
Fielders will not stay "hunched over" after the play is over.
Errors are cut down to be more realistic.
Alternate uniforms are set to be seen 33 per cent of the time now.
Lots of other stuff all to make the game much more realistic.
